Letting Excellence Team utilizes an independent property inspection company being specialists in their industry. Thereby ensuring no preference is given to any party involved with the letting process, but solely reporting on the condition of the property. Inspections intervals vary, but at least five inspections will be conducted over a 12 month lease period. Inspection reports will be loaded onto our website to avail our landlords the opportunity to have secure access to the reports at all times. Ensuring our landlords is always informed about the condition of their property.

Administration

Letting Excellence Team will provide all of the expected administrative duties, however, through our business partners Letting Excellence Team have created a system that all but eliminates the concerns involved with the rental income. Landlords are now protected against loss of rental income.

All maintenance workmanship will carry a warrantee of 12 months.
